Animals entering the UK must go through a Border Control Post (BCP) if they do not qualify for entry under the Pet Travel Scheme (PETS) or if they fall under commercial import regulations. Extrordinair operates Scotland’s first and only independent Border Inspection Post for small animals and conservation birds, fully approved by DEFRA, APHA, and the EU Federal Veterinary Office.
