The acquisition by Logicall will enable Norman Global Logistics to leverage Logicall’s existing network and resources, providing additional support to its existing clients and extending its reach to new markets.

The first entry into the UK market for Logicall

This acquisition marks the fifth transaction by Logicall in the past 10 months, reflecting the company’s commitment to strategic expansion and growth. Logicall, with the backing of Waterland Private Equity Investments, continues to seek out new opportunities to further expand its services. The acquisition of Norman represents a significant step forward in this strategy, as a first entry into the UK logistics market and a significant expansion in Asia.
